Omaha Beach 03:42
a long time ago, in another land we sailed a boat across a sea of sand we sailed for a king and his daughter on a quest to find some soft water the ship was made of the finest teak in poured the sand as we sprung a leak and we sank down and we sank down the sand began to fill my nose get in my eyes, and between my toes the mast was made of the purest oak and now our plans have gone up in smoke and it floated up and it floated up we soon awoke on the shore water lapping in every pore this water was our greatest find we were the heroes of all mankind how do we return? how do we return? as we begin to burn we begin to burn

The Eleven 04:22
rest young traveller, sit right down i'll tell you strange tales about this town sure young traveller, had a weary day lay down your head, let your thoughts pass away way back then, in times of old there were no stories to be told there was a winter, bleak and cold then came the men who took our gold first they came at night, then they came by day people got on their knees and prayed, “take these evil men away” they brought the sun when they came the crops dried up, things were never the same an old preacher came, said he was a friend and to this evil he'd put an end then that night, the rain poured down, as he called to heaven the wind roared, lightening flashed, down came the eleven sleep young traveller, my story's told now there's nothing to fear from the cold for this is a pleasant place to go the sun shines, the rain falls, the crops, they do grow the saviours vanished, called back to heaven as the rain dried, the preacher died: he was one of the eleven

(chorus)
